We stand by every jewelry we send to our clients, we offer Limited Lifetime Warranty. We will provide repairs as needed, All repair work (with the exception of replacement focal stones valued over $100) is free within the first three years of ownership.

we offer free international shipping to all our shipping destinations,  your item is securely packaged and fully insured while in transit and that it arrives safely at its destination on time.

When delivered, a signature will be required so make sure there is someone available at the time of the delivery at the address provided by the customer. After your item is shipped, we will send you the tracking number.

We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

If you are not satisfied with the purchase you made, you can send it to us for a replacement or a full refund within 30 days. You need to Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

If you wish to exchange or return after this period of time, it will be at the site desicion whether to approve this return.

Cancellation  2 hours from the time of the purchese. 

Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment you made.

Every diamond is certified by an authorized gemological institute, depending on the diamond itself. The certificate will be delivered with the item.

The USA and Israel have signed a Free Trading Agreement stating 0% Customs and Import charges for fine jewelry from Israel. Local State taxes may apply though. If so, ETSY will charge on checkout.
