1. Shipping

We offer free international shipping to all our destinations, your item is securely packaged and fully insured while in transit and is made sure it arrives safely that it arrives safely at its destination on time. After your item is shipped, we will send you the tracking number. When delivered, a signature will be required so make sure there is someone available at the time of the delivery at the address provided by the customer.

Shipping schedule after the time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. 

Estimated shipping times:

North America: 3-5 business days

Europe: 3-5 business days

We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Othergems is not responsible for any delay or damage done to your order that is caused by the following: reasons related to FedEx shipping, events beyond our control, or the shutdown of the economy. (due to covid-19 shipping times may vary) 

2. Three-year Warranty

We stand by all of our designs that are sent to our clients. 

We are willing to provide repairs as needed. 

Our repair specialist will evaluate your piece of jewelry, and contact with you with the recommended repairs.

There are a few limitations to our warranty:

The replacement of a lost center stones valued over $100 is not included in our warranty. We recommend you obtain insurance for your piece of jewelry for the unlikely event of a stone falling out or being damaged. 

Clients are responsible for shipping costs to and from our office for cleanings, inspections, and repair work.

 International clients, please check with your customs office about whether or not import fees or customs will be charged on repaired items. Any custom fees will be the customers responsibility 

We offer free Repairs (with the exception of replacement focal stones valued over $100) as needed within the first free years of ownership. 

After one year of ownership, a small labor or materials fee may apply for the repair service. It is normal for minor wear and tear to occur when jewelry is worn daily. 

If your item needs repairs beyond the wear and tear of everyday wear, Othergems would have to inspect the damage by our repair specialist, and give an estimate on labor and material feels for this repair. 

The warranty is not valid if for any reason the item has been resized, or been worked on by a different jeweler. Please send it to us, we are familiar with our designs and are highly trained to work with such delicate items.  item to another jeweler for resizing or repair work


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to us within 30 days of the purchase and 14 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund. This does not include custom orders

If you wish to make an exchange or return after this time frame, it will be at the discretion of the company.

Free cancellation within 2 hours of the time of purchase. 

Cancellation of an order is according to the costumer protection regulations (2010) and the law of customer protection (1981).

Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment you made.
